These Terms govern your use of exitbase.io and any services provided by ExitBase ("ExitBase", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.
ExitBase provides done-for-you formation of a Georgian company, assistance obtaining Georgia's Small Business Status (a 1% tax on turnover up to the applicable annual threshold), and introductions to business and personal banking. The service is delivered remotely under a Power of Attorney you grant, or in person in Tbilisi if you prefer.
Submitting an application does not create a binding agreement. We review each application and confirm fit before any engagement begins. Nothing is booked or charged until we confirm you qualify.
The standard setup fee is US$1,500 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Government fees and banking fees may be additional and will be disclosed before you commit. Ongoing accounting and monthly filings are not part of our service; we can introduce you to an independent accountant who handles that separately.
You agree to provide accurate, complete documents (including valid identification and a signed Power of Attorney) and to use the company and accounts lawfully. Delays or inaccuracies on your side may affect timelines.
Our typical timeline is seven days from receipt of complete documents. Timelines depend on third parties (the Georgian Revenue Service, banks) and are estimates, not guarantees.

You are responsible for your own compliance in your country of residence and citizenship. Consult a qualified professional before acting.
Banking approval is at the discretion of the relevant bank. Tax rates, thresholds, and eligibility for the Small Business Status are set by the Georgian Revenue Service and may change at any time.
We do not guarantee any specific tax saving, banking outcome, or business result. Individual results depend on your circumstances.
Refund terms, if any, will be set out in your engagement agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, ExitBase is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
